Returns

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable.
- Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used.
- Gift cards and downloadable digital products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you require an exchange, please contact our customer support team.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the order if it meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Dropshipping Fulfillment
As a dropshipping store, orders are fulfilled through our trusted fulfillment partner, Zambeel. Return requests are handled according to this policy and our fulfillment procedures. Customers should not return products without first contacting our support team and receiving return instructions.
